Tapada das Lebres Signature is a white wine produced with white grapes of Arinto, and Antão Vaz planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation the wine was transferred to used oak barrels where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 4 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Tapada das Lebres Signature is an elegant, structured and aromatically complex white wine. It presents delicate floral notes, nuances of tropical fruit and ripe citrus. It displays soft balsamic notes, plenty of freshness and very polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
It has an open straw colour and a clear, shining appearance. An intense, harmonious wine, it has a surprising taste and a velvety structure. It possesses a long, fruity after-taste with notes of passion fruit, white flowers and citrus, with an elegant, persistent after taste.
Costa Boal Field Blend is an elegant, fresh white wine with a very open citrus bouquet. It presents notes of ripe citrus fruits, and light tropical and floral notes, such as orange blossom and almond blossom. It is a white Douro wine that presents some salinity, and mineral notes of wet shale and graphite ending with a very soft acidity.
Duas Quintas Reserva white wine shows a bright pale yellow colour. Delicate nose, with notes of tangerine and orange blossom. Background of ripe fruits, peach and apricot. In the mouth, it is a distinctive harmony, for its consistency, and by its elegance. It has a long and intense aftertaste.
Talha de Argilla is an elegant, aromatic white wine with a very mineral profile. They exalt aromas of tropical fruits, with notes of brioche and apricot with notes of citrus. It is a textured white wine with a velvety structure with very balanced acidity.
Quinta do Carmo Reserva is an aromatic white wine dominated by aromas of tropical fruits, floral fragrances and citric nuances of the Alentejo region. Of elegant texture, it presents unctuousness and density, along with good mineral notes and good acidity.
Fafide Reserva is a very fresh and aromatic white wine from the Douro region, with notes of citrus and exotic fruits. In the mouth, it's very elegant with a balanced acidity.
