Tapada das Lebres Signature is a white wine with a firm and fruity structure, dominated by tropical aromas in an open aromatic bouquet. It presents notes of ripe citrus fruits, aromas of passion fruit, delicate floral notes along elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Tapada das Lebres Signature is a white wine produced with white grapes of Arinto, and Antão Vaz planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation the wine was transferred to used oak barrels where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 4 months, prior to being bottled.

Tapada das Lebres Signature is an elegant, structured and aromatically complex white wine. It presents delicate floral notes, nuances of tropical fruit and ripe citrus. It displays soft balsamic notes, plenty of freshness and very polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
